Great examples! I really stumbled on being too formal. But it is my personality. How can I grow without forcing too much?

I relate to this! You could try sending your post to any AI assistant and ask to make the voice more casual - Google Gemini, Grammarly browser extension, Claude, Chat GPT all work for this

It also lowers the amount of sharing you can do as you spend more time on each post

Interesting publication! It is curious, I’ve never got more than 9k impressions for a single post, but it has allowed me to create a side hustle business from this “small” traffic.

Would you write a post about this perspective? I would definitely read it and probably many professionals would feel that it is actually possible.

are you paid by LinkedIn or it’s a source for clients? I heard yesterday that LinkedIn has better creator pay than TikTok even.

No money transactions with LinkedIn, it's just where the 90% of my potential clients, partners and collaborators are. The organic reach has dropped significantly, pushing creators to pay to be more visible (premium membership, promoted cotent,...similar as happens in youtube and instagram). My revenue is handled through our own platform.

This is a great breakdown! My 2 ¢ (and take with a grain of salt since only two of my Linkedin posts went viral, though one generated over a million impressions):

It's emotional.

People react to something that triggers their pain or pleasure, an annying problem or a desire.

Yeh, you can trigger the algo and it's absolutely helpful. but that by itself doesn't replace value.

and value lies in the emotional reaction and gain that people take from a post/an action followed by the post.

Thoughts?

This is such a great breakdown—simple, actionable, and spot on. The focus on universal topics and creating early engagement momentum is genius. I also love how you balance tactics with authenticity—it’s such a relatable challenge. Your examples have me rethinking how I approach LinkedIn posts. Thanks for sharing this!
