It can be hard to fit in exercise when work is demanding and requires commuting or travel. But it’s also hard, for me at least, to maintain focus, optimism, and endurance without regular exercise. These days, I exercise to fend off injuries and a sore back from too much sitting. But sometimes I find exercising really boring. I recently found these videos of the world’s most entertaining jump ropers and have found a new passion for cardio. I’ve been practicing at the gym and am successfully better than before and having more fun : )
Check these out and go down the rabbit hole with me. When high achievers take on side projects, can we really do them half-assed? Have a great 4th of July - I hope you get some free time for jump roping : )
Thanks to Latane Conant for teaching me to ask myself the title question.
Fun! Check out @kathyjumps for similar and instructional videos. She also provides recs on specific ropes, etc. https://www.instagram.com/kathyjumps/?hl=en
EXACTLY the workout I am resuming this week! Nothing better.
