Courage in marketing is wildly underrated. I admire brands that take calculated risks and dare to do things differently. Too often, marketing leadership clings to a narrative they believe reflects the brand—when in reality, it may no longer resonate with their audience. That’s why fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation is so essential. It empowers brands to evolve, challenge their own assumptions, and break free from the boundaries they've unconsciously built.
